Hi, i’m Destineé coburn.
I am a young filmmaker and marketer from Washington DC by way of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I am a graduate of Howard University, achieving a Bachelor of Arts in TV & Film Production.
Through Walking Mic Studios, I have produced photoshoots, films, and art shows which have been featured in the HBCU First Look Film Festival (2024) and selected for The Disney Storyteller’s Fund (2025).
I am a Spotify NextGen partner for my work with Pulitzer Prize Winner, Nikole Hannah-Jones on the “1619: College Edition” podcast and a 2026 Entertainment Industry Community Outreach Program Cohort Member.
My mission is to plant seeds of systemic change through the advantages of entertainment and consumerism.
